Dimensions of Diversity
Dimensions of Diversity cohort members complete the University of Chicago Graham School’s nine-week course dedicated to better understanding key categories of difference through a global exploration of cultures and contexts.
Cohort members explore key aspects in human diversity including race, disability, worldview, wealth, sexuality, and gender through weekly readings, lectures, group discussion and personal reflections. The program offers an opportunity to study each of these dimensions of diversity with eminent University of Chicago scholars and hear from invited DEI business leaders on direct implementation and best practices in the workplace.
